SHIPPING

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, excluding holidays and during high volume seasonal periods. Once payment details are approved, orders are processed from the New York area and ship via the shipping carrier you select at checkout. We offer complimentary shipping in the USA and Canada on orders over $500 USD. Complimentary shipping will be shipped with UPS or FedEx. If you would like a signature required for delivery added to your package please email info@niathomas.co. You will receive an order receipt by email with tracking information when shipment is confirmed. Nia Thomas LTD is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and we do not have any control of the package once it has been picked up by the shipping carrier.  We do not refund for packages lost in transit and are unable to refund or replace stolen/un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please send any additional requests or questions to info@niathomas.co



INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

 

We ship internationally with UPS and DHL from New York, USA. Shipping costs depend on package weight and final destination.

All international buyers are subject to import duties and taxes which are estimated and collected upon checkout if applicable. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by UPS or DHL are not necessarily guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to re-route the package.

All international orders are final sale. Any refused international order will be refunded upon receipt, withholding the cost of return shipping.



TAXES

 

All orders being shipped within New York will pay sales tax based on state and county. Residents of other US states are not subject to taxes on their purchase.

 

PRE ORDER
