Return / Exchange Policy

SALE ITEMS - NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

All sale merchandise from our Archive Sale, Sample Sale or merchandise discounted over 15% is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No Exceptions.

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE

Please be aware that all pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be modified once submitted. This includes changes to size or color. 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

As of Monday September 1st 2025

We offer store credit or limited exchanges for garments that are unworn and in their original condition, within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Exchanges are not guaranteed, as they are assessed on a case-by-case basis and determined by the available stock at the processing time.

We do not process refunds for returned items. No Exceptions.

If you would like store credit or to exchange an item purchased on www.niathomas.co, please email nt@niathomas.co the following to start your return process:

  • CUSTOMER ORDER NUMBER

  • CUSTOMER NAME

  • EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER

  • ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO RETURN

  • REASON FOR RETURN

- To be eligible for store credit/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, including the "Do Not Remove" tag.

- All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval.

- We cannot take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

- We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.

- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

- International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable and included in your order's shipping cost when checking out. We are not responsible for any additional charges and our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs clearance charges you may be liable for on your package's entry into your country.
