REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Nia Thomas.

We are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept qualifying returns for store credit if requested within 7 days of receipt. Qualifying returns must be from domestic orders of full-price, unworn, and unwashed styles with all original tags attached. International orders, one of a kind pieces, sample sale items and sale items of 15% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All orders are considered final sale after 7 days from receipt.

We do not refund for packages lost in transit and are unable to refund or replace stolen/un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

/ REASON FOR RETURN

The CUSTOMER ORDER NUMBER can be easily found in the subject and body of your Order and Shipment confirmation emails.

Nia Thomas LTD holds the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.
